A quick no bake snack!
No more working from home means less time in the kitchen so, this is the perfect, no fuss and no bake snack for morning or afternoon tea.

200g of Dates cut in half
100g of Coconut, desiccated
1.5 Table spoon of Tahini paste
2 Table spoons Cacao powder (or cocoa)
1 Table spoon Maple Syrup
50ml Coconut oil
Large pinch of Salt
Step 1 | Blitz all the ingredients together in batches in a food processor on high speed.
Step 2 | Roll into 20 gram balls while still soft.
Step 3 | Roll in desiccated coconut.
Step 4 | Refrigerate for at least one hour.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge to keep fresh.
A delightful treat that tastes indulgent but, without the guilt, it will even be a hit with the kids too.
